There has been big talk lately of the Coercive Acts that the have been placed on the colonies. Many think that Britain needs to repeal these acts, but many don't know that these acts help keep us alive and healthy. Do you know what the money is used for that is collected from colonist? Some is used for payment that all the patriots dumped into the Boston Harbor, but most is used to pay the redcoats that protect colonist from Indians. Since, we took over their land in the the Indians have been attacking settlements all across the colonies. Someone needs to protect us and that is the redcoats job and that is what your money has been paying for protecting you. I know that you are all mad at the redcoats for invading your homes and living inside them, but there is a logical explanation for that. Since, most of you refuse to pay taxes redcoats don't get paid enough to own a house they only get enough to have clothes and the materials they need to protect you. So, they move in with you the ones they are protecting and you are outraged by this. If you paid your taxes they could afford homes of their own and not have to live in your houses. So, you see these acts are here for your protection and because of your selflessness.
